1. Introduction
These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the ChadRank.com promotion (“Promotion”), a skill-based voting competition in which verified users nominate and vote for fraternity chapter representatives at participating U.S. colleges and universities. The Promotion is administered by Triumph Labs, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Participation in the Promotion constitutes your binding agreement to these Rules in their entirety.
2. Eligibility
To nominate or vote, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of participation:
- Be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age
- Provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS one-time passcodes
- Complete the verification process described in Section 3
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Verification
Verification is a prerequisite to nominating or voting. You must authenticate using a valid mobile phone number and complete SMS one-time passcode verification through the in-app sign-in flow. Verification applies globally; once verified, you may nominate and vote at any participating school.
4. Nomination Rules
Verified participants may nominate candidates for fraternity chapters at any participating school. Each participant may submit up to three (3) nominations per school. Each nomination must include: (i) selection of the fraternity chapter, and (ii) the candidate’s full name. Photo URL and biographical information are optional.
Nominations are automatically approved and published to the leaderboard upon submission. By submitting a nomination, you represent and warrant that the content is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain material that is false, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any nomination that violates these standards or these Rules.
5. Voting Rules
Each verified participant may cast one (1) vote per participating school. There is no limit on the number of schools at which a participant may vote, and participants are not required to be enrolled at or affiliated with a school in order to vote there. A vote may be changed to a different nominee at the same school before voting closes.
Voting closes for each school upon the earlier of (a) that school’s designated closing time, or (b) the global deadline. Voting ends for all schools on April 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST.
Preliminary winners are the three (3) nominees per school with the highest vote totals at the close of voting. Final winners are subject to Sponsor’s verification and certification. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will determine the winner by a method of its choosing.
6. Prizes
At each participating school, only the first-place certified winner receives a prize. The prize is a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) Party Budget (the "Party Budget"). The Party Budget is not a cash award.
The value of the Party Budget is fulfilled primarily through production services, equipment, and related event production provided by Sponsor, including but not limited to: sound equipment, DJ booth, lasers, lighting, and other production elements. Sponsor will coordinate with the winning fraternity chapter to deliver the party production in accordance with Sponsor's capabilities and scheduling.
Prizes are awarded only after Sponsor’s review and final certification. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize receipt. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative is offered except as expressly stated herein.
7. Disqualification and Prohibited Conduct
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice, disqualify any participant and/or remove any nomination or vote for: fraud, abuse, manipulation, violation of these Rules, or conduct that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Promotion or other participants. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: (a) using multiple accounts or identities to vote or nominate; (b) vote buying, selling, or trading; (c) automated or scripted voting; (d) submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (e) nominating content that infringes intellectual property or other rights of third parties; and (f) any conduct that violates applicable law. Sponsor’s decisions regarding disqualification are final and binding.
